Welcome to BagpipeRhythm.Com. The purpose of this site is to teach you how to read rhythm. As bagpipe music has been taught by rote for centuries, little effort has been used to teach bagpipers to read rhythm like regular musicians. The advantage of being able to read rhythm is being able to save money on instruction and produce more music. Below are links to videos that I have placed on YouTube to guide you through this process. The first think you need to do is to print out the 2 pages and then play the videos. Good luck.
